I am a native speaker of French. I am an experienced and qualified teacher of French. (Modern Foreign Language (French) at University of East London and qualified from University of Toulouse as a French as a Foreign language teacher. I have recently settled in Douglas after 12 years, teaching French to learners from 3 to adults all over the world.
I have extensive experience of working with students of all ages, cultures, religions, languages and abilities. I understand how to plan for and satisfy their educational needs.
I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated professional who is passionate and dedicated to teaching and helping my students improve their language skills. I love also teaching in a non academic way like teaching with cooking for instance. It helps motivate the student, build a rich learning environment in order to create a high implication in their own learning prospects.

Until recently, I was working in East London high school and South London high school where I taught French up to A-Level.
Previsously, at the French International school (billingual English/French) of Pretoria, (South Africa) and before that I had taught in Cape Verde in a Franco-Portuguese bilingual school. I was a class teacher
Before that, for three years at Les Petits Lascars, in Hong Kong, I taught French to children aged two to 15. Groups had various levels, languages, cultures and abilities. In addition, I taught teens to prepare them for DELF, GCSE, IGCSE and A Levels.
I tutored students for IGCSE, GCSE, A Level and DELF exams. And I taught teens (3rd year of French A2 and B1) during summer intensive courses.
