Francesco is a pianist based in London who has performed extensively as a soloist in some of the most prestigious concert halls across the UK and Europe, including the Wigmore Hall, Sheldonian Theatre, and the "Sala Verdi" in Milan. He holds degrees in piano performance from the Conservatoire "G. Verdi" in Milan and the University of Oxford, both of which he graduated from with a Distinction.
Francesco has also been selected to participate in numerous masterclasses with some of the world's leading pianists, including Lang Lang and Peter Donohoe.
Francesco has had extensive teaching experience over many years, both in the UK and Italy. He has taught pupils of varying ages and abilities from beginners at the age of 5 to more experienced adults.
Francesco's approach is quite traditional, with a focus on developing the necessary technique required in order to tackle the core repertoire. He works primarily on learning to use weight and articulation and a high attention to detail in order to teach his students how to exploit the subtle, yet dynamic, range of tones and sounds that the piano has to offer.
